6. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings menu. When you request account deletion:

• All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers
• Your listening history, favorites, playlists, and collections will be removed
• Your profile information will be erased
• This action is irreversible and cannot be undone

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you use the service. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data immediately, unless law requires longer retention.

8. Age Requirements

POCA is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.

9. Third-Party Services

POCA uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase: For authentication and data storage
• RevenueCat: For subscription and payment processing
• ElevenLabs: For AI voice generation (premium feature)
• Google Gemini: For content summarization
